FHA Financing Anti-Flipping
Waiver extended thru 2012 Smile

Folks, you can still sell rehabbed properties into FHA financing and selling in less than 90 Days. This anti-flipping waiver provision, due to expire on 12/31/2011, was extended thru the end of 2012. Still the same restrictions, but at least you don’t have to wait 90 days. See the press release from FHA:
